Photo Project Finished…
My photo project is finally completely finished…I took advantage of a great deal the photo site Paper Coterie was having a few weeks ago…They had a sale of 30 dollars of a 30 dollar order, you simply paid the shipping…they also allowed you to use the code more than once…so I did…I also purchased my amazing Christmas Cards from them…their quality is excellent and well worth their price…
The result?
A complete makeover of the photos in my room….
I can’t find any recent photos of what my walls looked like before…but I did not have a lot of photos of people...My idea of friendship has changed A LOT in the last five years and I haven’t exactly felt safe…I am now more confident and satisfied in the few friendships I have and was ready to honor that in the design of my bed room…
I started by cutting butcher paper the size of the photos I ordered…then I printed out the photos and taped those to the paper so that I could move things around…then I lived with the paper for a few days to make sure it worked…![]()

Then the fun began…
Getting all the pictures in the mail! I got lots and lots of boxes…Then I had to figure out how to stick them to the wall so that they were straight…the leveler was at my side the entire time…The pictures are printed on a fabric like material that is sticky, it is repositionable and reusable…that is what makes it so cool!
This is what you see when you walk into my room…
Left side…
Right side…
The girl in the red shirt is the roommate that I lived with for five years after college…
I have mentioned before how much I love this quote…
My transformation from bald to curls…and the cancer center staff…
Overview…
Above the bed…
Here is Little Bit and my niece Kenzie (I LOVE her smile in this picture)…
A photo from a website I follow called OohMoon and a quote I thought was meaningful…
My friends and the little ones they adopted six months ago…and one of my best friends Jeri and I outside of a cracker barrel…
To the side of my bed…
My mom holding her great-niece Quinn…and Jared and I after our fancy dinner for my birthday this year…
Me and my nephew Cole…and a photo of Jesus on the cross I took years ago at the college St. Mary of the Woods in Indiana…that photo was pre digital and I am surprised that it blew up so well…
I also got this quote on a photo sticky…I am just not sure where I am going to keep it permanently…I want to see it everyday so that it reminds me to honor that everyone has something to offer you just gotta found out what it is…
What do you think?
I have got to finish getting packed for a very quick trip north to see three of the people pictured (Jeri, Kenzie, and Cole)…We are going to see the new twilight tonight and hang out tomorrow…then I am back home to put fall away and decorate for Christmas…
Until Later…
